Full mechanical services refurbishment, including two roof-mounted air source heat pumps, a new seven-storey mechanical riser, 80 fan coil units and public health installation throughout, including a water irrigation system supporting the building's Green Scheme.
Citibank Tower
Full renovation and upgrade of plantroom pipework for the Chilled Water System, including pump skids, distribution headers, plate heat exchangers and a new 250mm Critical Chilled Water System, delivered to make the building fully Carbon Neutral.
Global Switch
Installation of new CHW and LTHW systems across three floors of a live data centre, including adiabatic pipework, drainage and newly installed chiller units, plus copper work to public health areas including toilets, showers and Doc M packs.
