Sharing your information

When you submit the contact form, your information is sent to us by email using Resend, a third-party email delivery service based in the United States. Resend processes this information solely to deliver the email to our inbox and does not use it for any other purpose. Because Resend is based outside the UK, your information may be transferred internationally; Resend is certified under the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and has entered into UK Standard Contractual Clauses, which provide a recognised legal safeguard for this transfer under UK GDPR. We do not share your information with any other third party.

How long we keep your information

Where your enquiry does not lead to a project or ongoing relationship, we keep your information for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted. Where a project or working relationship does develop, we retain information for as long as necessary for that relationship and to meet our legal, accounting or contractual obligations, which may extend beyond the end of the relationship (typically up to 7 years, in line with standard UK business record-keeping requirements).

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
